What is the term of the CareersUSA franchise?

CareersUSA franchise agreements are initially set for 10 years. The franchise is then renewable for five-year terms.

What is the franchise fee?

The initial CareersUSA franchise fee is $22,500, which includes a two-week, pre-opening training program at our National Headquarters in Boca Raton, Fla. For additional franchises, the fees range from $5,625 to $11,250, depending on the market.

How much operating capital is required?

Including the initial franchise fee, cost of leasing office space, furniture and equipment, and computer hardware and software, the working capital and start-up costs are estimated between $63,625 and $189,075. This estimate also includes ordinary business expenses such as utilities, your staff payroll, insurance, advertising and professional services. Proceeds from revenues are not factored into the estimate, and costs may vary depending on location and other variables.

How much money can I make?

While this is a fair question, we are unable to make projections of your potential earnings due to government regulations. Your sales and recruiting efforts, financial and staff management skills, commitment to gaining industry knowledge and participation in CareersUSA training will influence your earning performance. And although there may be other external factors that will impact your earnings, we are committed to providing you with a complete support system, one that will give you every tool to succeed and prosper.

Do I have an exclusive territory?

Yes. Your exclusive territory will be based upon geography and business demographics, and within this territory you will have the protected right to all regular temporary staffing and direct-hire placement business.

What markets are available?

Many major markets across the U.S. are still available. We currently are registered in all states except Hawaii, Alaska, North Dakota and South Dakota. Please check back with our Web site as we may periodically update this list of states.

Is financing available?

Although we do not provide financing of the initial investment or start-up costs, we do assist our franchisees by funding all temporary employees salaries, including payroll and insurance costs, and the billing of clients. If desired, funding of working capital may be available through major financing institutions (not associated with CareersUSA).

What type of support will I receive?

From the very first moment you decide to join us, our support system is ready to go to work for you. We offer site selection assistance, formal training, marketing support, state-of-the-art computer software and temporary payroll funding.
