In two short years, Melissa Tenzer, owner of the Lawrenceville CareersUSA franchise, has seen her business grow at an amazing rate. In 2003 alone, she had a growth rate of 120% and this year, expects an additional 150% increase!

Tenzer attributes her franchise's success to CareersUSA's state-of-the-art PerfectSKILLS testing system that enables the testing of candidates on more than 50 software packages, thus ensuring a perfect skills match for the client.

Hired in 1995 as a CareersUSA Branch Manager for the Northeast Region, Tenzer quickly moved through the ranks, and then decided to purchase a CareersUSA franchise. By utilizing a "can-do" attitude, CareersUSA's philosophy, proven success model, and the training and support offered to all its franchisees, Tenzer was able to achieve the independence and financial success she enjoys today.
