CareersUSA® promotes Mandy Wilson to Director of Franchise Operations and Training

Boca Raton, FL—CareersUSA, a leading national staffing firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Mandy Wilson to Director of Franchise Operations and Training.

Wilson's responsibilities include leading franchisees through the opening process, providing training and ongoing operational support to all franchise offices and helping owners to achieve profitability and growth.

Wilson has just completed a two-week, intensive training session with CareersUSA's Dallas, TX franchisee Luis Jose Medina. Next, Wilson will train CareersUSA's newest franchisee Paul Villella and the staff of his Denver, CO location.

January 17, 2007 will mark Wilson's two-year anniversary with CareersUSA, where she began her career at corporate headquarters in Boca Raton, Fla. as executive coordinator. This position provided her with the opportunity to support management, sales, and operations. It enabled her to learn the intricacies of the staffing industry and become a valuable resource.

Prior to CareersUSA, Wilson served as sales director for the Coral Springs Center for the Arts, where she supported the general manager with sales, marketing and operations.

Before moving to the United States in 1999, Wilson worked for the government in the United Kingdom. She served as an investigation control manager, handling training and operations while managing a staff of 62.

Wilson, the second youngest of eight children, was born in Margate Kent, England.

She and her husband Carl live in Coral Springs, Fla.
